Temporary changes in the shipping policy!

Please note that due to the war state in Ukraine all worldwide deliveries from our Kyiv warehouse will be carried out by the Ukrposhta courier service and shipping may take 14-30 days. 

15% of each order will be donated to support the Ukrainian army, orders placed during this period are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

We work closely with our shipment partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any of the above mentioned shipping delays, if any delays should occur please contact the carrier directly.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss or theft when the package has been delivered to the address with the tracking number as a proof of delivery.

Upon arrival to the destination country, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays. In some circumstances, we can add to/combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs. To combine multiple orders, email us at within 48 hours of your initial order. Requests made outside this 48-hour window may be subject to a 15% surcharge.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
